Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead our marketing efforts with
strategy, creativity, and measurable impact
.

Role Overview

The Fractional CMO will play a critical role in shaping Purple PropVest's marketing strategy and execution. You'll work closely with the leadership team to strengthen brand presence, scale digital and offline campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Lead digital + offline marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads.

Build and strengthen Purple PropVest's brand presence in existing and new markets.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with growth targets.

Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.

Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in
    real estate marketing
    or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in
    digital marketing, branding, and offline campaign execution
    .
  • Excellent understanding of
    lead generation funnels
    and marketing analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture vision and tactical execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
