Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth
in the commercial interiors segment. The ideal candidate should have strong
networking skills
, experience in
B2B sales
, and a proven ability to close deals in the
interior design, contracting, or real estate sectors
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, architects, PMCs, and facility managers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
  • Work closely with design and project execution teams to align client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company growth plans.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA with
    4–7 years of experience
    in Business Development / Sales.
  • Strong preference for candidates with
    experience in Commercial Interiors, Real Estate, or Architectural services
    .
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and existing industry connects in Bangalore.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
