Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with 2–3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, who has successfully handled both Indian and international campaigns .

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and managing influencer partnerships that drive Zomunk’s growth and brand visibility across geographies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers and creators in India and abroad.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts, collaborations, and deliverables with influencers/brands.
  • Develop creative campaign briefs and ensure content aligns with brand goals.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for ROI.
  • Identify new opportunities for international creator partnerships.


Requirements


  • 2–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with hands-on management of Indian and international campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Proven track record of executing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for travel and global culture is a big plus ✈️
