Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Private Credit to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, identifying potential private credit funds, and establishing connections to support the fund-raising mandates of AFII Corporate and its sister companies. This role requires industry-agnostic expertise and the ability to manage relationships with private credit funds effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to identify and analyze private credit funds that align with AFII Corporate's and its sister companies' fund-raising needs.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with private credit fund managers and institutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams in Germany, Vietnam, and UAE to understand fund-raising requirements and tailor strategies accordingly.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential private credit funds and their suitability for various mandates.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.

• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of fund-raising proposals and agreements.

• Support senior management in strategic decision-making and execution of fund-raising activities.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA/CFA) will be an advantage.

• 2-4 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, financial advisory, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with fund managers and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial databases and research tools.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of global financial markets and an understanding of different industries.
