Key Responsibilities

  • Drive admissions growth across all franchisee centers pan-India.
  • Develop and implement admission strategies & targets.
  • Train counsellors/front desk teams on enquiry handling & conversions.
  • Support franchise partners with effective parent engagement practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan admission drives, campaigns & events.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and content writers to create impactful marketing collateral for branches.
  • Analyze admissions data, track performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide on-ground support to centers and newly launched schools.
  • Conduct workshops for school teams on sales & parent counselling.
  • Travel across Delhi-NCR to monitor and boost admissions.

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Strong sales & counselling skills, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with franchise partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
