Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Lead with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Python development, including expertise in frameworks like Django and FAST API. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable applications, leading development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems using Python frameworks (Django, FAST API).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design scalable solutions.

- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance metrics, and security protocols.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development processes and efficiency.

- Architect and optimize database schemas, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and utilize object-relational mapping (ORM) concepts.

- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate back-end functionalities seamlessly.

- Provide technical leadership in architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability of applications.

- Conduct regular code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Python development.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Python development, with expertise in Django and FAST API.

- Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects on time.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development using Django Rest framework.

- Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

- Experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, including ORM concepts.

- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, SNS, SES, ECS, etc.) and Git repositories.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred :

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.

- Certifications in Python development or related fields.

- Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
