Lead the infrastructure team to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all Fynxt systems.

Design, implement, and manage the IT infrastructure supporting operational and developmental needs.

Develop strategic infrastructure plans to support Fynxt's growth, incorporating new technologies and applications.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrade of physical and cloud-based infrastructures.

Implement robust disaster recovery and data backup procedures to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.

Collaborate with department heads to anticipate future infrastructure needs.

Manage continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Control infrastructure budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Maintain up-to-date security protocols to protect against cyber threats.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Over 10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure services, and leadership, preferably in the fin tech sector.

Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure), database management, networking, and security.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-demand and secure IT infrastructures.

Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Certifications Desired:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps AdministratorMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional (CCNA/CCNP)

Desirable:

Experience in financial services or trading platforms; familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in finance.
