CenTrak brings high quality, reliable and affordable real-time location technology to healthcare.
Company helps healthcare facilities create a safe and efficient healthcare environment through the deployment of the industry's leading real-time location system (RTLS).
More than a hospital tracking system - Centrak provide actionable location and environmental condition data across the entire healthcare enterprise. The company's head office is in Pennsylvania, USA, with a regional office in :
- Test Management & Execution : Develop and manage a test strategy that will include approaches to test data, functional testing, regression testing & automation methodologies to ensure high quality delivery, better test coverage, and completion of testing in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement : Help define, improve, & implement test processes and tools.
- Responsible for the management and coordination of all software testing activities on assigned projects, products, / applications, including the definition of the testing approach, test effort estimation, traceability matrix, test case creation & execution, and progress & status reporting.
- Establishing and promoting QA standards and best practices across the software engineering organization.
- Work with the software development team to complete a root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development & testing phases.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and at least 3 years of leading SQA teams.
- Experience in Automation Testing.
- Software Development background strongly preferred.
- Must have worked on Windows, Linux, Mobile & Web applications.
- Experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) and experience on IOT products.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum.
