About the Role
We're looking for go-getters and leaders from the IIT ecosystem to lead one of the most ambitious
career growth initiatives in the country.
As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you'll be the face of one of India's most ambitious career
success initiatives for IITians.
We're launching a nationwide initiative to help IITians and top engineers supercharge their careers—
through product-led and community-led growth, hands-on prep, real-world assessments, and more.
As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you'll take complete ownership of growth, traction, PMF, and
student success at colleges in the region assigned. You'll work directly with NxtWave's founding
team, define the GTM playbook, build grassroots distribution, and create tangible outcomes for
students.
What You'll Own
Crack GTM: end-to-end student acquisition, activation, and engagement
Validate and refine Product-Market Fit on-ground
Build scalable distribution via student ambassadors, events, and campus communities
Drive product-led and community-led growth initiatives across batches
Capture and relay on-ground insights to shape product direction
Ensure measurable outcomes: placements, internships, hackathon wins
Who You Are
We're looking for:
Problem solvers, go-getters, hustlers, and leaders
Strong PORs (placement cell, fests, clubs, startups, student bodies)
Someone who is passionate about creating impact in student careers
Can influence, execute fast, fail fast, and learn even faster
Deep understanding of student dynamics on campus
