CIM Equipment

Responsibilities :

Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) Equipment Automation Developer is responsible for system design, application development and operational supporting needs, incorporating vendor products, including but not limited to: Transport System, Recipe Management System, Remote Control System, Live Equipment Monitoring System, Fault Detection Classification Collaborate closely with fab organization, operation users and partners to implement and develop robust CIM solutions through quality coding and testing. Hook-up semiconductor equipment with customized protocol (SECS GEM) through communication host. Build expertise in equipment communication, equipment performance tracking, process job management and carrier management. Parse equipment data for pertinent equipment and process information to support backend engineering systems. Working closely with the manufacturing (MFG) and Quality teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality. Operational support responsibility: Provide consistent support to operations by monitoring and maintaining hardware and software systems. It is to ensure high uptime and reliability of automation tools and CIM related Systems. Manage DB transactions & Oracle packages for data management and performance tuning.
