Join our expanding team in meeting exciting IT opportunities and servicing a rapidly growing customer base.What you will be doingHelp to implement SRE Principles & Practices and Application Support with Engineering mindset in Application Production Support teamGoing to work on breadth of technologies, should be ready to learn / exhibit breadth of technologies to understand the systems and implement SRE practicesUnderstand complete echo system andMandatory participation in Triages/Root cause analysis of issues and plan for fixing themWork as per SLI, SLO and Error Budgets. Identification and reduction of TOIL,SRE Tools,

Automation and AI/MLCover application stability, uptime and performance with Monitoring and Observability.Chaos EngineeringParticipate in Technical discussions with Architects / Dev / DBA / SysAdmin etc teams to ensure adoption of SRE Principles in building Secure and Reliable systemsWhat you bring:7+ years experience in devops,Docker,Kubernetes ,CI,CD ,JenkinsApplications servers WebSphere (Added advantage - JBOSS, Tomcat and IIS).Web servers (Apache, IBM HTTP Server, etc..)Linux / Unix commands.Network applications and TCP/IP protocols.Scripting – Shell, Python (Added Advantage – PowerShell).Automation - CI/CD concepts – JenkinsWindows ServersCI/CD tools – OpenShift, Kubernetes.Added bonus if you have:Knowledge of FIS’ products and servicesKnowledge of Risk & Compliance in Financial servicesKnowledge of Cloud Systems (Azure / AWS)What we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career stepA variety of career development tools, resources and opportunitiesTo be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on core banking/payments domainAn exciting opportunity be a part of World’s Leading FinTech Product MNC
