We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex digital experiences on the Adobe Experience Manager platform.

The Ideal Candidate :

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering development.

- 3+ years of development experience using JCR-based WCM (Web Content Management) products (e.g., CQ5, AEM).

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and designing applications specifically within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

- 3+ years of experience working with Java programming language.

Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling framework and content repository (CR) concepts.

- Proficiency in CMS design principles and best practices.

- Strong Java/J2EE development skills.

- Experience with Git version control systems and social coding platforms (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab).

- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (e2e) testing methodologies.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and SAFe principles.

Additional Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders.

- Proven business analysis skills with experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

- Expertise in requirement analysis, conceptual design, logical design, and detailed design for AEM projects.

- Knowledge of configuration planning, testing procedures, and change management processes.

- Strong collaboration and team leadership skills.

- Ability to optimize AEM application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Additional Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience in web application design using HTML5 and related technologies.

- Familiarity with integration best practices and hands-on experience with open-source technologies like Node.js and React.js.

- Understanding of software design patterns for building robust and maintainable AEM applications.

- Prior experience working within Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into AEM architecture designs.

- Design and develop custom AEM components, workflows, and integrations to meet specific client needs.

- Configure and manage AEM instances for optimal performance and security.

- Implement best practices for content management, user experience, and security within AEM.

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and functionality of AEM deployments.

- Lead and mentor development teams in AEM development best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AEM technologies and industry trends.
