Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and driving measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong command of digital platforms and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to support business goals

Lead campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing

Plan and manage paid advertising efforts on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn

Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and optimize for maximum ROI

Oversee brand consistency across all digital platforms and assets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to build impactful marketing materials

Lead website and landing page optimization for improved user experience and conversion rates

Identify industry trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly

Manage and report on the digital marketing budget

Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing executives and interns

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field

4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Meta Ads

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Proven track record in driving successful, measurable campaigns

In-depth understanding of digital KPIs, CRO, and customer acquisition strategies

Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B IT, SaaS, or services-based businesses

Google Ads and Analytics certifications

Experience with marketing automation platforms

Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset
