The company is a leadinginfrastructure construction company operating throughout NorthAmerica across a range of industries. The Company s primaryactivities include the engineering building installationmaintenance and upgrade of communications energy utility and otherinfrastructure such as: power delivery services includingtransmission and distribution wireless wireline/fiber and customerfulfillment activities; power generation primarily from cleanenergy and renewable sources; pipeline infrastructure includingnatural gas pipeline and distribution infrastructure; heavy civiland industrial infrastructure.Location:India BangaloreTerm:PermanentPOSITIONSUMMARYThis role will play a pivotal part infacilitating and coordinating the efforts of multiple project teamswithin an office environment.DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIESConduct a comprehensive 3week trainingprogram to equip team members with essential skills for projectsuccess. Triagetickets by type and scope efficiently categorizing and prioritizingtasks for swift resolution.Create working orders (WOs) to initiate andmanage the workflow for project tasks ensuring seamless projectexecution. Ensure thetimely creation and booking of projects maintaining precise recordsfor organizational efficiency.Pull Operation Support System (OSS) logs andthe latest Radio Frequency Design Solution (RFDS) to inform projectdecisions and updates.Conduct thorough checks for needed materialsensuring the availability of necessary resources for seamlessproject execution.Request AT&T seed stock from thewarehouse to support project requirements.Provide Tier 1 support for the crewsoffering assistance and guidance as needed to ensure projectsuccess. Submitproject closeout documentation in MDAT (Project Management Tool) toensure the proper completion of projects.Request purchase orders (POs) from ProjectControl to facilitate the procurementprocess. Ensuretimely client invoicing adhering to billing schedules andmaintaining accurate financial records.Track progress onsite monitoring keyindicators to assess project advancement and identify areas forimprovement. Submitinvoices in ACAS (Accounting and Contract Administration System)for accurate financial recordkeeping.Provide milestone updates to keepstakeholders informed of project achievements andprogress. Collaborateclosely with the Project Manager assisting with daily activities tocontribute to the overall efficiency of projectmanagement. Handlephone calls effectively demonstrating the ability to work in a callcentercentric environment as needed for project communication andcoordination.REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS 4 YearEngineering Degree with minimum 23 years relevant experience intelecom construction industry.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteparticularly high level of Excel skills.Excellent English communicationskills Projectmanagement skills and the ability to resolve complex problems andissues. Skilled inorganizing resources establishing priorities and workingeffectively at all levels in a collaborative teamenvironment. Strongcustomer service skills.WORKINGCONDITIONS 9 Hrs. ofShift timings which includes Night shifts and odd shifts. (Cabfacility will be provided for one way if shift login or logouttimings fall at odd night timings).Ready to work on Indian/US holidaysincluding weekends based on the Projectrequirement. Nightshift allowance as per company policy will beprovided.Candidate needs to sign agreementcommiting for twoyears
