We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking F&B Associates to join our hospitality team. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. Your role is to assist in serving food and beverages, supporting the kitchen and service team, and ensuring a great guest experience.

Role & responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in rooms, dining areas, and banquet halls.
Assist with setting up for events, meetings, or small functions.
Ensure timely and clean service to all guests.
Support kitchen staff in delivering and clearing orders.
Follow all hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
Provide warm, professional service to all guests and handle simple queries.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required.
Good communication in basic English and Tamil.
Presentable appearance, polite, and customer-friendly.
Willingness to serve food & beverages and assist in room service and banquet events.
Ability to follow hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
Basic understanding of restaurant or room service operations is a plus.
Should live near or around Adyar / Poes Garden or be willing to commute.

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts between general and evening shifts. No night shifts.
Note: This role may require working on Sundays occasionally. For every Sunday worked, a compensatory day off will be provided during the week, as per company policy.
