Job Title: Lead – Generative AI Experience: 7+ Years (including 2+ years in GenAI projects) Location: Bangalore, Coimbatore Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Overview We are seeking an innovative and dynamic GenAI Lead to join Our organization . The role involves leading GenAI initiatives, delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Generative AI, leadership experience managing small AI/ML teams, and hands-on experience in architecting and deploying AI solutions in production environments. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 4–5 developers in delivering GenAI projects and initiatives. Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions including: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Agentic AI systems & Agent-to-Agent orchestration Multi-Context Processing (MCP) Model fine-tuning Text2SQL, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Voice-based AI, text summarization, text-to-image, and text generation Architect and implement scalable GenAI solutions using platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker . Oversee end-to-end solution delivery , including SOW preparation, prototyping, validation, production deployment, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact use cases. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency . Drive continuous research and innovation in emerging GenAI models, frameworks, and tools. Ensure adherence to ethical AI principles , responsible AI usage, and compliance with data governance and privacy regulations. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years in GenAI projects . Minimum 2 years leading a team of 4+ developers, including task allocation, tracking, reporting, and team management. Strong expertise in Generative AI frameworks : Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Agent. Hands-on experience in NLP, multimodal AI, and computer vision techniques. Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise-scale applications. Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch , and associated AI/ML libraries. Familiarity with MLOps practices , model deployment, and performance optimization in cloud environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
