SCOPE FOR THE CAREER Scope of learning new technologies on SAP Products (S/4 HANA, HANA Database, MDG, Saa S Products (Ariba, Salesforce etc.) & Cloud (AWS, Azure OR GCP) Access to all SAP internal training & learning materials to gain knowledge in latest technologies. Exposure to all latest build architectures in one place/ position which will be valuable/ useful in future. Generally, this exposure is not available in any regular SAP Basis position. Will not be assigned/ dedicated to one customer but will engage with Multiple customers in various Industries to gain knowledge about different SAP Landscape setups, Delivery processes & Challenges. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required. Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering or computer science, Business Administration required from an accredited university. Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.) Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.) Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition Good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform WORK EXPERIENCE 7-12 years of hands-on customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience (eg, Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity, etc.) Experience with hosting providers and data centers is a BIG advantage; HANA / Suite on HANA skills would be very helpful, but not mandatory. Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor is necessary
