The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and security, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for visitors, and driving revenue and footfall. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing and training a team of mall staff.QualificationsExperience in mall operations, property management, or related fieldStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the retail industry and market trendsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressureBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Hospitality or related field
