Financial Analyst/Sr. Financial Analyst.

Exp-3 to 6 yrs.Notice period- Immediate to 30 days,Location- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, NoidaNote-Night shift only

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare monthly and quarterly spending summaries comparing financial results, KPIs, and metrics to budget, forecasts, and prior year.· Assist in the tracking, reporting, analysis, and interpretation of key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and external market factors.· Provide financial support to the corporate functions (Legal, HR, etc..) and identify cost saving opportunities.· Work across the Catalina organization to understand and summarize drivers of variances and help drive better understanding of the business drivers causing any variances.· The Financial Analyst will need to become a ‘power user’ of Catalina’s Hyperion/Adaptive planning tools and Workday financial systems to effectively perform in the role.· Assist in modeling of incremental capital or operating expense spending on key initiatives.· Play key role in annual budget and strategic planning processes. Assist with tracking performance vs. targets, aligning goals among Catalina divisions, and preparation and review of presentation materials.· Assist the FP&A team in ad hoc business and financial analysis requested by Catalina’s CEO, CFO, or Finance leadership team.· Analyze and evaluate potential capital investments using NPV, IRR, and EVA concepts.Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.· 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.· Strong financial systems knowledge; proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning a plus.· Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.· Working knowledge of financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, EVA, etc.· Basic knowledge of accounting concepts such as revenue and expense recognition, accruals, prepaids, etc.· Adept at prioritization (time management, managing multiple projects) .
