Job Description for Presentation Designer/ Documentation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Presentation Designer to join our team. The Presentation Designer will be responsible to shape the visual aspects of creating high-quality documentation, including presentations, proposals, pitch decks, whitepapers, eBooks/magazines and other business documents. Must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Budget : up to 6 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and understand project requirements- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic- Develop designs for company portfolio deck, pitch decks for clients, various proposals, quotations, and other business documents- Work with copywriters and creative heads to produce the final design- Study design briefs and determine requirements

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines in all documentation- Conduct research and gather data to support proposals and presentations- Manage document review and approval processes, incorporating feedback as needed- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control and document organization

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of proven graphic and other designing experience- A strong portfolio of Design or other graphics- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)- Takes ownership and responsibility of the work assigned- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
