Cloud Cost Optimization Engineer (AWS/GCP)We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer / Cloud Cost Optimization Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS, GCP and Azure cloud infrastructure, scripting/programming, monitoring, and cost optimization, with a passion for improving reliability and efficiency.Experience Required: 2–4 yearsResponsibilities:Act as the go-to expert for monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure costs across AWS, Azure and GCPClosely track daily/weekly usage, spending patterns, and billing reports, and highlight anomaliesDevelop and maintain scripts/automation (Python, Bash, or similar) for cost reporting, resource clean-up, and efficiency improvementsWork with engineering and product teams to right-size compute, storage, and database resourcesIdentify and implement reserved instances, savings plans, auto-scaling policies, and storage lifecycle policies to reduce spendLeverage native tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Cloud Watch, GCP Billing, as well as third-party monitoring platformsContribute to SRE/Dev Ops practices by monitoring infrastructure reliability while balancing costsRequirements:Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP services (EC2, S3, IAM, GKE, Big Query, etc.)Experience in cloud cost monitoring & optimizationProficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, Shell, etc.)Understanding of SRE concepts: reliability, scalability, monitoring, and automationPrior experience in cost analysis and optimization for enterprise workloadsIf you’re driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about cloud efficiency + optimization, we’d love to hear from you***** Apply now / DM me to know more
