We collaborate with government and non-government organizations, donors, and funding agencies to enhance the quality of education. Our services range from thought leadership in schools to parent and student orientation programs. In India, we began with a research project on public-private partnerships in education, which led us to design a Whole School Improvement Programme (WSIP) focused on capacity building of all school stakeholders. We have partnered with organizations such as HSBC, Child Fund India, and Women Self Help Groups on various projects.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Skills Trainer at CfBT Education Services in Chennai. The Skills Trainer will be responsible for conducting training and development sessions, delivering presentations, and imparting life skills, communication skills, and soft skills to individuals. The Skills Trainer will also be involved in providing support to educators and facilitating continuous professional development programs.

Qualifications

- Presentation Skills and Training & Development- Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design- Experience in delivering training programs and conducting presentations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds- Experience in the education sector is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
