Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Descriptive Analytics Expertwith a specialized knowledge of Power BI to join our dynamic procurementanalytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing,developing, and implementing descriptive analytics solutions using PowerBI to help our organization gain valuable insights from complex data sets.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement descriptive analytics models using PowerBI- Transform raw data into meaningful information through data exploration,cleaning, and preparation- Create interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicatekey performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritizeanalytical requirements- Develop and maintain documentation of data models, reports, anddashboards for internal knowledge sharing and external reporting purposes- Conduct ad hoc analysis of data as needed, and communicate findings tostakeholders- Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively convey insightsfrom data- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data and comply withorganizational policies and regulatory requirementsRequirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,Computer Science, or a related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in descriptive analytics using Power BI orsimilar business intelligence tools- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including data mining andstatistical analysis methods- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques- Experience with SQL and other databases for querying and extracting data- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneouslyNice-to-have:- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data managementprinciples- Data modeling certification or industry recognized credentials (e.g.,Tableau Desktop Certified Associate)Posting Dates:May 15, 2024 - May 17, 2024
