Position:
Performance Marketing Manager


Experience:
2–4 Years (Digital Marketing Agency Background Preferred)


Specialization:
Google Ads & Meta Ads


Salary Bracket:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(Based on Experience & Skills)


Joining:
Immediate Joiners Preferred


Timings:
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 5.5 Days Working


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing
    Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, CPC, CTR, ROAS & CPA
  • Ability to plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns for multiple brands
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, audience targeting, remarketing & budget management
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Ads Manager & reporting tools
  • Good communication skills & client servicing experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment
