Job Overview

The Product Owner – Knowledge Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and advancement of the supply chain capabilities that enable our digital transformation. They will lead design, testing and implementation with Supply Chain teams and leverage close partnership with D&T, Finance, and 3rd parties. The role will also work across Supply Chain pillar teams and current transformation efforts to coordinate capability development and knowledge advancement. Focus areas include integration of ai capabilities, visibility tools, automation & workflow tools, smart alerts, advanced analytics and support for key initiatives (BPM, Risk, ELF, Pet, etc..). This position reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Foundations 

The Product Owner – Knowledge Management plays a central role in the continued evolution of our SC Digital Literacy and Learning model by optimizing performance and identifying opportunities for value creation, while expanding the scope to our Finance, teams and SC Governance workstreams.

Function Overview

The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. This collaborative approach ensures a well-coordinated supply chain that aligns with both organizational goals and dynamic market conditions.

Purpose of the role

This role includes managing efficient information flow and Supply Chain execution that supports product lifecycle process. This role requires an individual to set up the raw materials, finished goods and the Bill of Materials in SAP ERP which will provide visibility to Supply and Demand. An Individual should be effective in communication to connect different stakeholders along with several business teams/ groups in the US.

Key Accountabilities

· Develop strategic roadmap for Supply Chain Digital Capabilities to include design and implementation across platforms

· Coordination across transformation efforts (IPT, BPM, PET, etc…)

· Develop capabilities to support Supply Chain Pillars and Segments (including ESC and Finance)

· Manage third party vendor relationships and contracts

· Prioritize capability build and implementation which includes External Benchmarking, training and documentation creation

· Exploration and testing of advanced technologies for Supply Chain application (Artificial Intelligence, Smart Alerts, Automation)

· Expansion of focus outside of NAR to INTL and Finance 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of related work experience Proven project management skills Experience working with third parties and global partners Supply Chain knowledge with experience partnering with D&T organization Successful change management background

Preferred Capabilities & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Economics or Business (any concentrations e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc.) Experience and curiosity working with advanced technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing) Project Management certification Prior experience working with Finance
