From cutting fabric to printing and stitching, we’re building a team that values skill, effort, and learning by doing.✧ Role OverviewWe’re not looking for just a designer.We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, get their hands in the ink, and build with us — one print, one stitch, one shirt at a time.As a Creative Designer/Analyst , you’ll be immersed in every detail of artisanal garment creation. You’ll document processes, drive quality, and grow with a brand that believes in earning beauty through effort.✧ What You’ll Do1.     Garment Cutting & Pattern Implementation·       Understand pattern-making fundamentals and assist in fabric cutting.·       Ensure precision in cutting based on established garment patterns.·       Work alongside the production team to maintain fit accuracy and design adherence.2.     Hands-on Involvement in the Hand Block Printing Process·       Select and prepare cut fabric pieces for hand block printing.·       Guide block printers to ensure accurate execution as per sample references.·       Oversee the printing process and ensure design precision and color consistency.·       Document and standardize the printing process for repeatability and quality control.3.     Process Documentation & Control·       Create step-by-step documentation for all stages of garment production.·       Develop checklists and process controls to maintain consistency in printing and finishing.·       Identify and implement improvements in workflow efficiency.4.      Stitching & Garment Construction·       Participate in the stitching process to understand garment construction.·       Collaborate with master tailors to enhance garment finishing and detailing.·       Identify potential challenges in stitching and proactively suggest solutions.5.       Learning & Team Development·       Develop a comprehensive understanding of each process at Jazba Curators LLP.·       Work closely with the team to streamline operations and improve production quality.·       Contribute to team-building efforts and mentor future recruits as the company scales.✧ Who You AreDeeply passionate about textiles, process, and learning-by-doingEnthusiastic to work in the shoes of a block printer or tailorKeen to understand shirt construction — especially cutting and finishingStrong sense of discipline and ownershipFluent in Adobe Suite (Advanced), MS Excel (Intermediate)Beginner-level skills in pattern making and cuttingArticulate communicator, especially in EnglishBonus Skills: Video editing, Clo 3D, AI in design✧ What You’ll GainImmersive Learning Experience: Gain end-to-end exposure to fabric printing, garment construction, and process control.Craftsmanship & Innovation: Be part of a brand that values tradition while embracing innovation.Growth Opportunities: As an early team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping processes, quality standards, and team culture.Hands-on Work Culture: Move beyond just designing on paper—bring ideas to life through direct execution.✧ QualificationsB.Des in Textile Design or B.Sc/M.Sc in Textile & Fashion DesignMinimum 1 year of relevant experience✧ To ApplySend your resume & a short cover letter to Deadline: September 30, 2025Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Strictly on-site)Jazba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Jazba is an equal opportunity employer.
