Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Engineering located in Kochi.

As the Director of Software Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction and driving innovation across our offerings in AI, Cloud and Software solutions.

This position demands a visionary leader who can bridge sophisticated technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve AI, Cloud and Software Engineering services (Software Architecture, AI & ML, Cloud, DevOps, observability, cloud-native solutions).
  • Define technical standards, governance, and ensure scalability/security.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Drive delivery of Software solutions, MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native projects.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, solution architecture, and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, DevOps, AIOps, observability.
  • Strong cloud expertise (AWS, Azure), IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Harness).
  • Proven leadership in engineering management and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
