Investor Relations Analyst (Full-time)


Company Description

We run a very entrepreneurial-minded private equity fundraising platform with a heavy focus on Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. We currently have over 70 front-end sales associates, all presently located in Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and Thailand.


We are looking for a high-energy private equity Senior Investor Relations Analyst to join our growing team.



Responsibilities

  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information, ensuring high client service and satisfaction;
  • Support the Investor Relations team in executing the firm's investor relations strategy and activities;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including deal professionals and fund managers, to gather accurate and relevant information for investor communications;
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other fundraising events;
  • Maintain the investor relations database and ensure accurate and up-to-date investor records and communications;
  • Assist in preparing and distributing investor reports, fund performance updates, and other confidential materials;
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and investor relations trends in the private equity industry.



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, or a similar role within the financial services industry;
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in writing in English is a must.
  • Bachelor or Master/Advanced degree graduates
