Job Title: Director / VP Product – BBH PlatformLocation: Gurgaon (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)Time: (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM India Time)Industry: IT/Saas (Must)Job Description:BBH is seeking a seeking a strategic, user-driven, and analytical Director / VP Product to lead the vision, development, and delivery of innovative digital solutions that solve real problems for higher ed. As a Director / VP Product you will collaborate cross-functionally with senior business stakeholders, engineering, design, sales, marketing and customer success to shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure each release drives measurable value.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision- Define and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals.- Translate user needs and market trends into a compelling roadmap.- Build strong product narratives using customer insights and data.Roadmap & Feature Planning- Develop and maintain detailed product backlogs and release plans.- Write clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.- Prioritize features using frameworks like RICE, Mo SCo W, or value vs. effort.Execution & Delivery- Work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality products on time.- Validate solutions through usability testing, prototypes, and MVPs.Metrics & Continuous Improvement- Define OKR and success metrics- Use data and feedback to iterate on existing features.- Stay updated on market and competitor trends.Qualifications Required:- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in Saa S platforms- Prior experience in higher education technology solutions, student engagement platforms, or student information systems is a significant advantage- Proven experience building and scaling AI/Gen AI-powered products, ideally in conversational AI (voice or chat), with a clear track record of delivering measurable ROI.- Hands-on expertise in applying LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-driven automation to ship real customer-facing features that improve efficiency and user experience.- Must have understanding and experience in applying Product roadmap strategies, Persona identification, PRD documentation , user story drafting , DOD drafting.- Understanding of Agile, Jira and confluence- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make decisions- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering consistent results.
