Position overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Intern at FiscalPath, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while working closely with our experienced sales team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development within a fast-growing company.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels including social media, online research, and industry events.

Sales Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce FiscalPath’s services and generate interest.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information on prospects and sales activities.

Sales Presentations: Support the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting sales activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to the sales manager.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.


Qualifactions:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.

Sales Acumen: Strong interest in sales and business development with a basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
