RoleSummary
  • Extensiveexperience with Power BI M and DAX functions. This experience ismust
  • Performdetailed analysis of source systems and source system data andmodel that data in PowerBI
  • Designdevelop and test Power BI scripts to import data from sourcesystems and test Power BI dashboards to meet customer/clientrequirements
  • Designcreate and tune physical database objects (tables views indexes) tosupport logical and dimensional models; Maintain the referentialintegrity of thedatabase
  • Expertiseand proven experience in development of reports dashboards KPIscorecards aggregating data from multiplesources
  • Backgroundin data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and SQLdatabases and SQLstatements.
  • Experienceon writing SQLqueries
  • Goodunderstanding in Data warehouse Concepts like Star Schema SnowflakeSchema Fact Dimensionsetc.
  • Abilityto create a data model in PowerBI
  • GoodKnowledge on Writing Complex DAX function Power Query PowerApps
  • Handson experience in Building Power BI Data Model Dashboard &Reports using various Chart Slicer Pivot and CustomVisuals.
  • Knowledgeon Power BI Desktop Power BI Pro and Power BIPremium
  • Experiencecreating realtime dashboards is aplus

  • Convertingdata to stories using advanced visualization techniques to helpwith datadriven decisionmaking and managementreporting.
  • Assistingbusiness users in coming up with the right data and visualizationsolutions for their requirements which will involve rapidlytransforming raw data into actionable information using ETLanalytics and visualization tools andtechniques.

  • Empowerbusiness users for selfserve reporting by building robust domainand logicalmodels.
  • UnderstandingBusiness Requirements and designing new modules/functionality tomeet thoseneeds
  • Proactivelylook to develop implement and further develop best practices acrossthe group. The areas of focus should include but not be limited toquality improvement code reviews code/architecture standards codereuse and reduction of support calls technical documentation andtechnical designspecifications
