Position Overview:

We are seeking an Finance Account Specialist to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role. Looking for immediate joiner.

Responsibilities:

- Post-qualification experience in financial accounting, budgeting, Account Payable, and audits.- Prepare/review monthly/periodic P&L and balance sheet statement reports and ensure on-time submission to management.- Handle IndAS/US GAAP/accounting.- Ensure the books of accounts are complete at the end of every month and lead month-closing activities.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare weekly/monthly metrics reports, including analysis.- Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Prepare MIS reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.- Ensure adequate internal control policies/SOPs are in place and operating effectively.- Manage payroll accounting and salary taxation.- Conduct FAR accounting monthly and sign-off.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting. .- Minimum of 3-4 years of working experience with ZOHO, Tally accounting software.- Excellent experience with Excel and PPT presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
