The research associate is expected to manage his/her ongoing research along with evaluation of projects being executed by subordinates. An Associate should handle a team of designated resources along with efficiently maintaining their productivity.
Experience: 6 months -1 Year or Fresher (Internship in market research company will be good to have)
Academically, BE, B-Tech, B,Sc, M.Sc, (Chemical / Electrical /Chemicals, Materials, Polymer, Mechanical with MBA Preferred )
Responsibilities:
- Understanding project scope; identifying pinpoints; and designing execution flow
- Data collection; compilation; analysis; and report writing
- Market engineering covering rational building; data estimation; data triangulation; segmental trend analysis; and forecasting
- Review data daily to ensure its quality and integrity
- Active involvement in questionnaire preparation and primary interviews; along with tracking primary interviews conducted by the subordinates
- Supporting in presales activities in terms of preparing Table of Contents (TOC); Sample Reports; and Proposals
- Participating in client calls with senior team members; taking necessary notes and preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM); and taking active part in client communication whenever required
- Writing articles and viewpoints on a regular basis
Required Skills
- Strong quantitative research and data analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of statistical data estimation and forecasting methods
