Location:Permanent Remote



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure integration of relevant data sources and availability of accurate datasets for reporting.
  • Analyze business requirements to determine data needs and translate these requirements into data visualization solutions in collaboration with UX experts.
  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Provide clear and detailed requirements to the data engineering team for the development of data pipelines, transformations, and storage solutions.
  • Perform quality checks and data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and visualizations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI as a must, other solutions if possible) and experience in designing interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience working with data engineers to integrate data sources and ensure data quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation.
  • Understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
