The role involves handling daily accounting entries in ERP, tax filings, audit support, and preparation of financial reports.Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate posting of all entries in ERP / Accounting Software .Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable , and Bank Reconciliation .Prepare Financial Reports such as:Profit & Loss StatementBalance SheetCash Flow StatementManage Payroll and ensure proper salary disbursement entries.Prepare and submit Saudi Tax Filings :VAT Return(GST)ZAKATWithholding Tax (WHT)Assist in Statutory & Internal Audits , ensure documentation & compliance.Maintain accurate financial records and support audit queries .Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting to management.Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years experience as an Accountant (experience in Audit Firm is an advantage).Strong experience in ERP-based accounting (SAP / Oracle / Zoho Books / Tally / QuickBooks).Solid understanding of Accounting Standards, Financial Closing & Reconciliation .Experience in VAT, Tax Filing, and Compliance (Saudi tax knowledge preferred; training can be provided).Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).Good communication skills in English ; Arabic is an added advantage.High integrity, responsibility, and accuracy in financial work.
