You will work for our clients across various industry domains to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and within budgets.What's the Role?As a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering consulting projects to our clients owing client engagements from inception till closure. The successful candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detail-oriented, quality- minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/ she will not only use the existing methodologies/ templates for effective project execution and people management but also have the opportunity to think of and bring in improvements required to the existing processes and templates.Qualifications & Role ResponsibilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years' experience in handling portfolio of projectsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, client and account managers.Project planning and execution for one or more than one projectEnsure projects achieve promised business value/RoIBuild Rapport with clients and manage client relationships effectivelyManage escalations, variations, complexities in projects effectively.Use the established frameworks in project execution, client handling,resource utilization, resource mentoring etc.Mandatory Skills:Leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle.Strong organizational skills and detail orientedStrong communication and presentation skillStrong exposure to Project management toolsExperience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, KanbanKnowledge of Agile project delivery experience, experience working in Scaled Agile frameworks,Portfolio, Product management using Agile tools and methodologiesMust be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needsStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS ServerOne or more of Industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPONice-to-Have Skills:Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity/ Jira / Confluence is an added advantageExposure to Banking & Financial services domain will be desirableExposure to Azure cloud servicesAbout ExusiaExusia ( is a global technology consulting company that empowers its clients to gain a competitive edge by accelerating business objectives and providing strategy and solutions in data management and analytics.
