Overview: The Video Creator will own the content strategy and end-to-end execution of all video content for our social and community including conceptualization, scripting, anchoring/hosting, shooting and working with the editor to produce engaging content. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation and a highly creative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the social media and community teams to conceptualize and execute engaging video content that aligns with brand objectives. Assist the Social Media Manager in creating content for Instagram, , YouTube, and other platforms. Attend and cover community events, capturing engaging content such as photos and videos. Create and share real-time event content on social media to engage the audience. Work with designers and other team members to create cohesive and compelling video narratives. Monitor video performance metrics and use insights to improve future content. Propose and develop new content ideas and trends that resonate with the target audience. Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with the brand's voice and strategy. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and content strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience of 2-5 years in content creation. Good photography and videography skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven experience as a video creator or similar role.
