We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Team Lead to join our innovative team at CRM Talent & Marketing. The Technical Team Lead will play a crucial role in guiding our development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions and website development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing team members, with a specific focus on WordPress.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions to monitor progress and address any concerns.Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and website development projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Technical Expertise:Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews, architectural guidance, and problem-solving.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, security guidelines, and other development protocols.WordPress Development:Lead the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability.Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues, ensuring optimal website functionality.Client Interaction:Communicate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and user guides.Promote the use of agile methodologies and tools to streamline project management and development processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in software development.Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Extensive experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP.Solid understanding of database management systems, like SQL.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
