You'll work closely with various teams across Synpulse India, including:Business leaders: Partnering on talent needs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Global and Regional team:Ensure regional and global initiatives adapt locally (ie. Performance mgmt., success sharing, GES, academy) Talent Acquisition teamCollaborating on recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and onboarding processes. Learning & Development teamDesigning and delivering training programs to support employee growth. Operations team Designing and delivering training programs to support employee growth. Ensuring smooth administration of HR processes and systems.

Yourmission

To provide a seamless and accurate delivery of HR services to fulfil internal and external service level standards Use HRIS tools and systems appropriately to complete assigned work and ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards Ensure data integrity when meeting deadlines and timely delivery of services Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes or redirect/escalate to the relevant parties/authorities for follow-up/decisions. Keep abreast of changes in the organization and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that HR requirements/processes are met. Proactively identify ways to enhance work processes for improved performance either through self-discovery or seeking feedback from stakeholders Recommend process changes, participate, and support improvement projects from time to time Generate improvement ideas and translate them into plans and actions Develop and drive initiatives to enhance the people culture and engagement with the regional People and Culture team Collaborate with other regions to drive improvement, constancy and change where possible Build strong working relationships with internal clients and understand their departmental goals and requirements. Answer general HR enquiries from employees across the office Be actively involved in the remuneration review, performance review and promotion processes Keep abreast of employment legislation in India and provide guidance to the senior managers Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration and assist the other members of the People and Culture team as and when necessary

About you:

Obtained at least 5 years of relevant experience in both all rounded generalist and people partner Proven 3-4 years of experience in a variety of P&C disciplines preferably with a fast-paced, multinational and matrix organization A strong ability to influence and coach stakeholders through change, and a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality Proactive and hands-on mindset, both autonomous and collaborative member of a global team with experience of working remotely Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent command of English Strong understanding of P&C processes, employment law and related principles A degree in HR Management or comparable qualification
