Job Description  

As a QA Engineer, your role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our telecommunications products and services. You'll collaborate closely with our R&D team to perform both functional and nonfunctional testing. Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Conduct comprehensive testing of telecom products and services to ensure they meet high-quality standards. 
  2. Collaborate with development team to understand product requirements and create test cases. 
  3. Execute test cases, report defects, and track issues to resolution. 
  4. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of telecom applications. 
  5. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework. 
  6. Work with MySQL databases for data validation and testing. 
  7. Conduct protocol testing for various telecom protocols. 
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in telecom testing. 
  9. Maintain test documentation. 
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. 

Mandatory Requirements:  

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecom industry. 
  2. Strong background and expertise in telecom technologies and processes. 
  3. Proficiency in protocol testing within the telecom domain. 
  4. Knowledge of MySQL databases and SQL queries. 
  5. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team. 
  8. Must be in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai and work from the office. 

Preferred Skills:  

  1. Knowledge of telecom industry standards and regulations. 
  2. Previous experience in IPLM, LBS, ePC or similar products. 
  3. Experience with automation framework Robot. 
  4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
