Job Description: Senior Sales and Design Consultant - Home Interiors

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients' design aspirations and delivering exceptional home interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, sales, and client relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation:
  • Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Provide expert advice and creative solutions tailored to individual client needs.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive sales through effective presentation of design ideas and product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  1. Design Expertise:
  • Create and present interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
  • Collaborate with in-house design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay updated on market trends, materials, and technologies in home interiors.
  1. Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide junior sales and design consultants, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to training programs and share expertise to enhance team capabilities.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in interior design and sales, preferably in the home interiors industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and successful projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
