Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer at Flixstock, you will play a pivotal role in the development and
maintenance of our web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional
teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements and exceed our
customers' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development: Utilize your expertise in React.js to design and implement responsive,
user-friendly interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
Backend Development: Develop scalable and efficient server-side applications using Node.js,
ensuring high performance and reliability.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, and implement efficient data
storage and retrieval mechanisms using AWS databases such as Amazon RDS or DynamoDB.
API Development: Build robust and RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication
between the frontend and backend components of our applications.
Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, and API
Gateway to deploy and manage our applications in a cloud-native environment.
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with
industry standards and regulations in all aspects of application development and deployment.
Testing and Debugging: Write automated tests and conduct thorough debugging to identify
and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD pipelines using
tools like AWS CodePipeline or Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Node.js, and
AWS technologies.
● Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
● Strong understanding of backend development concepts including RESTful APIs,
server-side rendering, and asynchronous programming.
● Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure management using AWS.
● Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation, monitoring, and scaling.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for working in a
dynamic team environment.
