Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic and UI Designer to join our team. We are looking for a highly creative mind who can merge artistic expression with modern design principles to create visually stunning and impactful experiences. Ability to craft visuals that leave a lasting impression and strong recall value in the audience's mind.

We want more than just a designer — we want an artist. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is deeply passionate about art and painting, with an eye for beauty, balance, and detail.
  • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by aligning design solutions with UX research and business goals.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.
  • Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback.
  • Understands and applies UI/UX design principles to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
  • Can blend creativity with strategy, ensuring every design serves both visual appeal and functional purpose.
  • Has knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Understands the psychology of design — how colors, shapes, typography, and layouts influence perception and behavior.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic and UI design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and composition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus..
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
