Resolve quality concerns reported in new products promptly and effectively. Utilize functional knowledge of engine and transmission aggregate assembly. Analyze customer complaints and assembly line rejections; implement corrective actions. Review supplier parts quality and standardize quality procedures across operations. Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive measures for recurring issues. Leverage experience in quality management systems (ISO , TS , TPM) to implement best practices. Ensure compliance with quality assurance functions in the assembly plant.
