Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead implementation of scalable LLM, RAG, and multi-agent systems for speech, NLP, and conversational AI use cases.
  • Own end-to-end AI system design, including model selection, orchestration strategies, vector store integration, and deployment architecture.
  • Define and drive the enterprise GenAI roadmap, prioritizing high-impact use cases in alignment with business and product goals.
  • Guide technical direction and design reviews across AI initiatives; mentor team members on LLM engineering, agent design, and MLOps.
  • Partner with data, infra, and product teams to embed AI capabilities into core platforms and workflows with measurable impact.
  • Establish standards for model governance, observability, and compliance; ensure responsible AI practices are integrated across all deployments.
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging tools and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Whisper, Hugging Face) into the AI tech stack.

Qualifications (Education/Certifications)

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused roles
  • At least 3+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role involving large-scale AI/ML systems
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale (especially LLMs or multi-agent systems)
