CES is seeking to fill the role of US Accountant.

Job Title: US Accountant (Chartered Accountant)
Department: US Accounts
Job description:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.- Assist in the creation of the monthly reporting package by conducting various analytical reviews and preparing ad-hoc reports as needed.- Perform roll forward of financial data, maintaining the continuity and accuracy of financial information across reporting periods.- Develop and maintain detailed footnotes and disclosures for financial statements, ensuring they are comprehensive and accurate.- Support the preparation of financial statements for joint ventures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.- Collaborate with various departments, including Tax, General Ledger (GL), and International Accounting, to gather necessary information for financial reporting.- Coordinate with external parties, such as external auditors, local third-party accountants, and other advisors, to facilitate the financial reporting process.- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for significant variances.- Ensure adherence to internal controls and participate in the development and implementation of new reporting processes and systems.- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in financial reporting.- Assist in audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years in General Ledger, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, International Accounting.- Required education qualification : CA Qualified
