As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance to regulatory standards. You will build relationships with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure requirements are met. You will provide solutions and help to develop your team and continuous improvement of our HSE.

As a As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Providing leadership, strategy, development, and structure to HSE Team at the site. Supporting HSE for the Bently Nevada product line India and Eastern hemisphere operations, including but not limited to: Implementing strategy and tactics to meet business HSE expectations through programs, risk mitigation projects, communication, and training. Implementing HSE priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements to complete the integration process and operational ownership of EHS Introducing and firmly establishing programs, tools, and training to ensure compliance with legal requirements, implementation of Baker Hughes HSE Management System (MS). Coordinating/collaborating with other functional leaders and people leaders ensuring expeditious and sustainable program implementation with continuous improvement Providing technical expertise and compliance support to HSE professionals, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and practices, and assist in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices Influencing and mentoring facility leadership toward the strengthening of an Interdependent HSE Culture Ability to travel up to 20% of time

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Fixed Facilities/Services. Have substantial experience of working within the HSE discipline and framework Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating large teams within a global matrix environment Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
