Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and performance analysis to provide businesses and management with timely, accurate insights. Raise red flags and propose recommendations to improve the company's financial health.
  • Coordinate directly with the CFO and MD as required.
  • Analyze profitability and productivity across all channels, locations, verticals, and products to offer strategic inputs to the business.
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plans and Long Range Plans by aligning stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Provide financial leadership in recommending, developing, and implementing policies and programs that enable profitability across business lines and sales channels.
  • Own the budgeting process and ensure completion within desired timelines.
  • Deliver strategic financial insights to business units.
  • Enhance FP&A processes and leverage financial technology for improved efficiency.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, and create action plans to address variances.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
  • Lead the capital planning team, providing guidance and training to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating with senior management and stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and analytical mindset
  • CA or MBA qualification
