Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store & Dispatch Executive located in Sampla. The Store & Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing and dispatching products, overseeing store operations, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries, and aiding in training new personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and Organization Skills
• Ability to train new staff
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in store management or logistics is advantageous
