Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Thanjavur. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage sales activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain client relations. They will develop and implement sales strategies, lead a sales team, and achieve sales targets. The role also involves regular reporting, market analysis, and promoting the company's services within the community.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Sales Strategy Development skills
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Market Analysis and Reporting skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
